I have officially put on 2.5 KG and it’s not going away, so now I weight 62.5kg, my friends tell me I’m just HEAVY BONED, I think they’re just trying to be nice to me hehe :)

I got invited to a Kitchen Tea Party during the weekend, very cute we all had to wear our apron and bring our favourite recipe.

That was in the afternoon then came home to my mum’s home made dumplings, this time she used Watermelon Skin & Pork Mince, very ODD but very yummy.

Also yesterday I have received another belated Birthday Present for Little Pork Bun from a very special friend all the way from Hong Kong.  I love it so much, she has such good taste!!

In the afternoon it was kinda hot so I tried to make Green Tea Ice cream, my brother in law taught me this easy recipe.

1) 1/2 Melt your Vanilla Ice Cream

1) 1/2 Melt your Vanilla Ice Cream

2) Find a Good Green Tea Powder

4) Don't add too much as it'll make your ice cream bitter

3) Add Little Green Tea Powder At a Time

5) Taste your Ice Cream during mixing, very yummy

I can never say No to cup cakes, hence I very rarely make them or else I’ll eat the load before I even get round to giving them to friends LOL. Now those in your pics look delish’ Did LPB eat some on my behalf??

P.S Great tip on making your own green tea ice cream.

oooh ive never heard watermelon skins being added to dumplings before… not going to lie though, it still made me drool lol

anddd wowww i LOVE green tea ice cream… such an ingenious way to make it!! it sounds sooo simple now that i know it, im having a “i wonder why i didnt think of it” moment :P

what a cute party!
thanks for sharing the green tea tip! i’m going to try it… have you tried haagen dazs green tea? it doesn’t taste like traditional green tea ice cream because the milk fat content is so high. but it’s pleasantly smooth and sumptuous… like green tea cheesecake (well, what i think green tea cheesecake would taste like).
